DESCRIPTION:The Friday Club is a friendly\, welcoming weekly event for older people that combines socialising\, light physical activity\, entertainment\, and a delicious freshly cooked lunch. \nWhat to Expect: \n\nDoors open at 9:30am\, with morning tea served at 10am.\nEnjoy about 30 minutes of optional gentle physical exercises such as tai chi\, chair yoga\, movement\, or falls prevention activities—designed to improve strength and balance.\nEach week features a guest speaker\, entertainer\, or live music to inform\, inspire\, and entertain.\nA freshly prepared 2-course lunch is served at 12pm.\nAmple time is provided throughout to meet new friends and relax in great company.\n\nYou can attend all activities or choose just morning tea or lunch—whatever suits you best.
