Whether you are interested in staying active\, eating well\, keeping safe online\, planning for the future\, or finding the right support to live independently\, you will find helpful information and friendly faces all in one place. \nThroughout the day\, enjoy a range of short seminars and demonstrations offering practical tips and expert advice on ageing well.
