This popular annual expo brings together around 60 exhibitors showcasing the latest in health, wellbeing, recreation, and community services. Whether you are interested in staying active, eating well, keeping safe online, planning for the future, or finding the right support to live independently, you will find helpful information and friendly faces all in one place.

Throughout the day, enjoy a range of short seminars and demonstrations offering practical tips and expert advice on ageing well. There will also be plenty of opportunities to relax with a cuppa, meet new people, and ask questions in a welcoming, low pressure environment.

The Positive Ageing Expo is designed for people aged 50+ and their families, and celebrates the many services and organisations that support positive ageing across Timaru and South Canterbury.
