Entry-
Attendance is free, but we do ask for a gold coin donation to help cover the costs of the Expo and to support the work of Age Concern in South Canterbury.
Admission to the expo grants access to various features, including the seminars, presentations, and demonstrations along with a show bag, entertainment, prizes and insights from over 60 exhibitors.
Food and coffee available for purchase at the pop-up café.
Expo Show Bag-
The first 250 visitors will receive a complimentary expo show bag upon entry, featuring the Expo program published by the Timaru Courier plus informational materials from exhibitors and providers.
Door Prize-
Every visitor will receive a coupon upon entry for a chance to win a major prize. Simply fill out your coupon and drop it into the entry barrel to enter. Prize details will be announced soon!
Wheelchair Hire-
The Venue – Caroline Bay Hall is wheelchair and walking frame friendly. Complimentary wheelchair hire will be available for those who need assistance thanks to Multiple Sclerosis South Canterbury. Visitors can register for this service at the front desk for support during the day. Visitors may also bring their Mobility Scooters, but these must be left outside the venue. See our front desk if you need assistance.
Café-
Unwind with a coffee and enjoy a lunch or snack from our pop-up café. It’s the perfect spot to recharge and plan your next steps!
