Welfare and Wellbeing Checks

Age Concern offers welfare checks by phone or home visits for vulnerable seniors, especially those living alone or without close family nearby. Anyone can make a referral. Any issues identified are communicated with the individual, their family, or healthcare professionals. Confidentiality and respect are our top priorities.
