Timaru Senior Citizens Association – New Constitution & Special General Meeting

Over the past year, Age Concern South Canterbury has been moving to a new structure as a charitable trust. To make this transition smooth and meet new legal requirements, we are taking an important step: re-registering the Timaru Senior Citizens Association.

As part of this process, a new constitution has been drafted that complies with the latest law. Members are invited to review it online, and it will also be presented for approval at a Special General Meeting:

This step ensures that our services continue without interruption, finances remain secure, and our organisation meets all legal obligations. Your membership and activities are not affected.
